What is the duration of the Visa?
1 - 10 years, but it is at the discretion of the consular.
How long is the visa processing time with the embassy?
3-6months. Please note that the embassy changes processing time from time to time. It increased and reduces.
Can I apply with my family?
Yes. You can apply with your family on the package. However, individual cost is applicable.
Will I go for biometrics?
Yes. But you would not need to captured biometrics if you have captured one within the last 10 years.
If I have done biometrics before, will there be a reduction in the money?
The package cost is not flexible irrespective of your biometrics status.
What if I am refused a visa, will there be a refund?
No, but you can reapply without paying Iyanuoluwa S&W processing fee
What is the success rate?
We have 95% success rate in our Canadian visa package
Is your visa guaranteed?
We do not guarantee visa. Visa issuance is at the discretion of the consular. We will guide you for a better chance based on our vast knowledge and experience on visa application.
After the conference, what next?
Your visa would still be valid and can be used for any other visiting or touristic activities.
What's your internal processing time for this package?
The internal processing timeline is 5-7 business days. However, we might need an extra few days, where there are delays with documentations, and this process will be effectively communicated with you.
Can I use the visa to access other state/province in Canada after the conference?
Yes
Can I convert the conference visa to a work permit?
Yes
If I was previously refused can I apply for this package?
Yes you can reapply immediately
Can I renew my visa over there if it expires?
Provided that you have not overstayed in Canada, you can renew your visa
if I don’t want to reapply after being denied, will I get a refund?
No refund value is applicable

Depends on which one was selected.
Where is the conference taking place in Canada?
The conference location will be communicated to you prior to the submission of your application.
What kind of conference is it?
It is not certain. It depends on what is available
What if I don’t want to go for the conference?
You can choose to not attend the conference, but this is not advised.
Can I pay part and then balance when the visa is out?
You can pay an initial deposit of N1,500,000 and pay the N500,000 balance when the visa is approved
Can I pick my preferred conference?
N/A
Does this package cover my accommodation too?
Accommodation is not covered in the package cost
