What are the requirements to apply for a student (undergraduate & postgraduate) visa?
Postgraduate Student:
- Admission letter
- Acceptance letter
- Statement of account showing sufficient proof of funds
- Passport Photograph
- English Proficiency test results (if applicable)
- GMAT/GRE test result (if applicable)
- Undergraduate Result
- International Passport

How much are the fees for Canada School Service?
We have three plans:
Basic Plan: NGN145,800
Which involves: Reviewing your documents, advisory services based on our experience, doing a school search, student profile creation to one school, applying to one school, admission processing, getting your admission & further assistance where needed.
Standard Plan: NGN165,800
Which involves: Reviewing your documents, advisory services based on our experience, doing a school search, student profile creation to two schools, applying to two schools, admission processing, getting your admission & further assistance where needed.
Extra Plan: NGN185,800
Which involves: Reviewing your documents, advisory services based on our experience, doing a school search, student profile creation to three schools, applying to three schools, admission processing, getting your admission & further assistance where needed.
Kindly note that application fee isn't included in the fee. It's between $10-$20/school
You will be required to pay the below fees, where applicable, as part of the requirements for your admission:
Certificate of Conditional Exemption (undergraduate): USD$45
Certificate of evaluation (postgraduate): USD$130
After your admission letter is out and offer letter is given:
Study visa application fee & biometric: NGN37,000
Visa Processing fee per Adult: NGN199,400 (Visa processing fee is paid after admission has been given and you wish to proceed with your study visa)
VFS Fee
Lagos & Abuja: NGN29,400
Port Harcourt: NGN49,400
What is the difference between Basic, Standard & Extra Plan?
Basic Plan: Your application will be submitted to 1 school and the processing time is an average of 8weeks to get your admission
Standard Plan: Your application will be submitted to 2 schools and the processing time is an average of 5weeks to get your admission
Extra Plan: Your application will be submitted to 3 schools and the processing time is an average of 5weeks to get your admission
What is the difference between visa application fee and visa processing fee?
Visa Application fee is the fee you pay to the embassy for applying for a visa.
Visa Processing fee is the fee you pay to Iyanuoluwa S&W International for visa services rendered to you
What does visa processing fee cover?
- Filling of client’s application form
- Flight reservation
- School details
- Advisory services based on our experience
- Documentation review
- Guiding client through the application process
- Further assistance where needed
How much is the tuition fee?
This depends on your course and program but it is usually between USD$4,500 - USD$9,000
How much is the tuition fee deposit?
It depends on your course and program, but it is usually between 40 - 50% of the tuition fee
Will I pay any fee to the school before I travel?
Yes, as soon as you are given admission. You will be required to pay some amount of money which is part of your tuition fee. This is usually a semester fee.
How much should I have in my account for the study visa processing?
Enough to cover your expenses abroad including the school fees, further guidance will be given to you during the process
Who is a Sponsor?
A sponsor is anyone who will be responsible for providing the funds for your studies abroad
Will I go for interview?
No

Yes, our experts will guide you
I was just refused visa. Can I apply, if yes, when is the best time to reapply?
Yes you can reapply immediately
Is your visa guaranteed?
We do not guarantee visa. Visa issuance is at the discretion of the consular.
We will guide you for a better chance based on our vast knowledge and experience on visa application.
If I am not physically in Lagos, can I still apply with iyanuoluwa S&W international?
Yes you can. We will be in constant guidance and contact with you
Does Iyanuoluwa S&W International assist with work permit for a student?
No we do not
What if I am refused the visa, will there be a refund?
No, but you can reapply without paying Iyanuoluwa S&W International processing fee
Also, the part payment of the tuition fee can be processed to get a refund
Can I travel immediately my visa is out?
Yes you can

Do I need to have a travel history before applying?
No, you do not need to have travel history.
After getting my visa, can Iyanuoluwa S&W International assist with flight and accommodation?
Yes we can. We offer further discount for client who processed their visa with us
Where will I be submitting my study visa application?
Abuja or Lagos submission centre
How long is the visa processing time with the embassy?
60-90 business days after submission
What is the duration of the Visa?
This depends on the type of progam and course:
Undergraduate: 3-5years
Postgraduate: 1-4 years
Will my dependent(s) be given visa?
Yes, your immediate family members would be given visa.
Can I work while studying?
Yes you can.
Will I be entitled to post graduation work visa after my studies?
Yes, after your studies you will be entiled to a work visa which is usually valid for 1-5years.
Is English proficiency test compulsory?
No but it also depends on the school you are applying to if it’s a requirement for admission
